# ReGPC 2026 GFP Construction

This is the same literature-weighted, Colbran-style GFP construction used for the frozen old-GFP run, with only the five discovery GWAS files replaced by the 2026 ReGPC European-like summary statistics.

Method:
- intersect each ReGPC Big Five GWAS with the AADR 1240k rsID set
- harmonize alleles across all five traits
- reverse neuroticism
- combine z-scores with the frozen published GFP loadings and the empirical cross-trait correlation denominator
- retain GFP variants at `p < 1e-08` before the unchanged AADR-European LD clump and sign-permutation test
